SyncCast’s data center is designed to accommodate customers with a variety of needs. Our standard installation are individually locking cabinets with high-airflow doors and tops. We are also able to accommodate custom cages as well as half-cabinets. With redundant air handlers and (de)humidifiers SyncCast’s facility is designed to maintain ideal temperatures for expensive data processing equipment. It’s a well known fact that storage system life is greatly increased by keeping temperatures well within specification. We’re able to remotely monitor and track temperature throughout the data center, as well as at our chillers and handling equipment. This allows us to detect increase temperature trends and act to adjust air flows or increase capacity before it becomes a problem.
SyncCast’s facility is one of the only carrier-neutral facilities in Orange County, California. While our neighbors in traffic plagued Los Angeles have a fair number of options in the downtown area SyncCast’s fiber-rich location in Anaheim is a rare find. We have a multiplicity of conduits on our campus with redundant paths to most of the major carriers. With multiple conduits and 4 fiber paths per conduit we have room to grow as needed.
Utilizing advanced biometric and video surveillance technology we are able to monitor access to our data center from anywhere in the world.
